STEP IN

Queen Warrior is an online program created to empower you to step into your true leadership. Take control of your life and unshackle form what keeps holding you back. Take up space, be seen and own your power. Queen Warrior (QW) will allow you to unpack your self limiting beliefs, your ego and most importantly your diminishes that no longer serve you in your personal and professional growth.

LEVEL UP

QW is an opportunity you get to gift yourself to level up your life in all areas whereby you will be provided the tools, guidance and support to create space internally to be able to hold more. Unlike many online programs, QW is founded on core values such as Connection, Community & Culture.

HOLD ACCOUNT

You'll have a dedicated Head Coach who may check in with you individually and within the group setting via face to face online support calls every week. You will also have a supportive work buddy throughout the program who, together, you will hold each other accountable and support each other to complete all tasks and assignments.

UNLEASH FROM WITHIN

For the next 42 days you can expect to learn more about yourself and who you are. Discover more about what it takes to become an epic leader in your life. The QW framework and working practices are founded on working the mind, body and soul to intensify the burning passion that is tiredly waiting to be unleashed from within you!

SELF LOVE

How often do we wake for the day and reach for our phones? In this section we develop deep into creating habitual habits that allow you to invest time and energy into filling your cup before filling the cup of others.

NUTRITION

Feeding your body with foods that allow you to perform in excellence in every aspect of your life. We teach you what is good for our bodies and bring awareness and gratitude to how we treat our bodies by source of energy through foods.

TRAINNING

Not only is it important to feed the body, it is equally important to train the body. In training mode, we look at all dialling back to a very basic and simple method to create physical change. We all know, when we feel good, we think good. Taking care of the body allows us to make more informed decisions, even under pressure.

Support

Throughout the 42 days of Queen Warrior, you will have full access 24/7 to an online community. In this community you will have the opportunity to share what you are going through, including your wins, realisations and triggers with your QW peers and a dedicated Head Coach. Your shares will remain highly confidential in a safe contained space built on trust and honesty amongst the group.

Support Buddy

Above the online Community, you will also be allocated a partner for the duration of QW. During this time, you and your partner will hold accountability for each other and help support one another with whatever comes up for you during QW. You will build rapport by being honest, transparent and centered with one another. Your partner will also act as a safeguard during these 6 weeks. QW is all about being true to yourself, and your QW buddy.

Weekly Round Table

Each week you will be invited to partake in a weekly round table, which is a structured group call via Zoom Meeting” app. This call will consist of yourself, your buddy and other QW peers and also your Head Coach. This will be a chance for you to all share and support each other through weekly assignments, tasks and anything else relative to your personal and professional growth. QW roundtable call average between 1-1.5hrs, once per week.
