This community ,The InnerHeal OG’s 1.0, and this group of amazing humans who I pretty much now call my whanau has altered my life for the better. Reflecting back to my beginning, on this path of self-discovery, it shows that what ever energy you put into this “self-mahi” you will only get back in abundance. And if it wasn’t for people ... who gave me direction and purpose…. which then allowed me take that step into unknown to allow mysef to grow and stand in my energy and permeate greatness❤️💪🏽. Incredible gratitude for those 42 days! I got to show up for me in ways I had not before. I gained more tools to open my journey into authenticity & wholeness, and the liberation & growth just keeps going. It was such a safe place to process so many layers. I am beyond grateful to the powerful, vulnerable men that held our space and to all the Queens that have become my sisters now. my biggest recommendation for becoming involved with Amend. would be that you are reintroduced to your True, authentic self. you will relearn to have self love. what is self love... diving head first into subconscious concious awareness of patterns and behaviours that stem from intergenerational/society programing. These programs and workshops awaken you in a way that will change your life.
