This experience was life changing. Coming into the retreat I had expectations on how it might be. This retreat exceeded that 100 times. Went into it with 15+ strangers, now I am proud to call them my brother's and sister. Loved every moment of the weekend. The physical therapy and then the learning process, learning about self and creating new habits. I have been and will keep telling people to attend one if they get the opportunity.
