A safe, confidential space for men ready to understand themselves more deeply, rebuild connection, and create lasting change.

Finding the right therapist or coach can feel difficult and overwhelming — but you don’t have to do it alone.

At Amend, we know most men were never taught how to process emotions, communicate under pressure, or carry the weight of being a partner or father. Many were told to “man up” and figure it out alone. That old blueprint is broken — and it’s costing us our relationships, self-worth, and peace.

You might be here because you feel angry, shut down, or stuck in the same patterns. Maybe you’re navigating a breakup, carrying old wounds, or just want to show up better for yourself and the people you love.

Wherever you are, we get it. We’ve lived it — not just studied it.

Since 2019, Amend has supported men through a trauma-informed, practical approach that goes deeper than surface talk. In counselling, you’ll gain tools to regulate emotions, break cycles, and rebuild connection.

Each 60-minute session is a safe, judgment-free space to unpack what’s really going on and start building a new way forward.

While Amend began with a focus on men’s emotional health, Wa’s work also extends to supporting women and couples.
Whether you’re navigating communication breakdowns, rebuilding trust, or wanting to deepen connection, his grounded, trauma-informed approach creates a balanced space where both partners feel seen, heard, and supported in finding a new way forward — together.
