WORKING WITH AMEND 1:1.

1:1 COUNSELLING SESSIONS

At Amend, we know most men were never taught how to process emotions, communicate under pressure, or carry the weight of being a partner, father, or leader. Many were told to “man up” or “deal with it.”
That blueprint is outdated — and it’s costing men their relationships, mental health, and sense of self.

You might be here because:

  • You feel stuck in repeating patterns

  • You shut down or react when the pressure rises

  • You’re navigating a breakup or relationship struggles

  • You’re carrying old wounds that still shape your life

  • You want to show up better for your family, partner, or yourself

Whatever brought you here, you’re not broken — you’re overwhelmed, and you need tools you were never taught.

Since 2019, Amend has supported thousands of men using a grounded, practical, trauma-informed approach that goes deeper than surface-level talk.
In each 60-minute counselling session, you’ll learn how to regulate your emotions, break the cycles holding you back, and rebuild healthy connection with the people who matter most.
