WELCOME TO AMEND

Our purpose is to raise self awareness and reduce the stigma around sharing thoughts, feelings and emotions. To do this we facilitate Workshops, Nature walks and Online Programmes. All of our practices, frame works and trainings have been constructed by and along side qualified counsellors. These are also continuously monitored and updated by counsellors and The Amend team so that we keep and bring A high standard of work in all that we offer.

Who are we?

 

Amend. is an organization rewriting the narrative of what it means to be strong.

Our objective is to be the catalyst in making more humans self aware and to reduce the stigma around expressing thoughts, feelings and emotions.

A place of inclusiveness founded on the pillars of Amend.; be kind, be conscious and be love.

Amend. offers a self-empowerment programs for men, women, couples and youth through holistic-based mental health workshops, walks, retreats and community events.

Can't get to a workshop? Amend. also offer a 42-day online Warrior program for men and women.

To Be Kind

To live with kindness always. Kindness improves your quality if life in all areas, in particular within the community. It brings people together. Doing good for others feels good. Showing kindness to others is just as rewarding as receiving it from someone else.

To Be Conscious

To live consciously each and every day, firstly for self and then as a collective. Consciousness refers to your individual awareness of your unique thoughts, memories, feelings, sensations and environments. With consciousness we then have choice.

To Be Love

Love is the answer to all things in life. When love is embodied it truly has the ability to conquer all.
