You’ll uncover the hidden patterns and survival habits that have shaped your decisions, your relationships and the way you see yourself. And in that clarity, something shifts, you see new choices, new possibilities and a version of yourself you might not have believed was possible.
This is not about being told who to be. It’s about finding your own way forward, with the tools, support and courage to live it. Whether you want to repair relationships, let go of old habits, build something new, or simply feel at peace in your own skin, the work starts here.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the patterns driving your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and how to change them. This is the foundation for improving relationships, breaking old habits, overcoming personal challenges and living with greater peace.
Our workshops give you a safe, judgement-free space to do this work alongside other men, guided by experienced facilitators who know what it means to face hardship and come out the other side. You’ll explore your patterns in real time, gain the tools to shift them, and leave with the clarity and confidence to take action in your life.

From the moment we gather in the morning, we open the space in a way that feels both safe and intentional setting the tone for the work ahead. We introduce the day, walk you through what to expect, and share lived experience stories that allow you to see first-hand the kind of change that’s possible.
Throughout the day, you’ll take part in seven powerful, interactive tasks. Each one is designed with purpose, to challenge old patterns, open new perspectives, and help you connect deeply with yourself and others in the room. These aren’t lectures or theories; they’re real experiences that create the kind of shifts you can feel immediately.

POWERFUL QUESTIONS

These questions are designed to challenge you to slow down and get honest with yourself. They’ll help you reflect on where you are right now as a man, partner, and father and reveal the beliefs that are keeping you from showing up the way you truly want to.

MAN IN THE MIRROR
Â
This is where you stop bullshitting yourself. You’ll confront the image you show the world, the masks, the lie, the quiet shame and get honest about the parts of you you’ve been hiding. Real change starts when you face the man beneath the performance. Because the man your partner and kids need isn’t the one pretending to have it all together, it’s the one who’s real, honest, and willing to grow.

GUILT AND SHAME
Â
This is the space most men avoid and often the one they need most. Here, you’ll be supported to face the guilt and shame you’ve been holding on to.  Not to beat yourself up, but to bring compassion to the parts of you that are hurting, hidden, and in need of your attention. Because the shame you don’t deal with gets passed on, to your partner, to your kids. Facing it is how you break that cycle and lead with truth instead of pain.

GIVING AND RECEIVING

This task challenges you to look at your beliefs around love, connection, and your ability to receive. Most men give endlessly but struggle to let love in.  If you’re blocked from receiving, you’ll keep pushing away the very things you want most, connection, support and real intimacy. Learning to receive love is what allows you to truly connect with your partner and be emotionally available for your kids. It’s not weakness it’s leadership.

NAVIGATING ANGER

Anger isn’t bad, it’s just misunderstood. Most men were never shown how to deal with it in a healthy way. This task helps you get to the root of your anger and teaches you how to use it, not explode, suppress, or numb it. Because until you own your anger, it will own you and it will spill into your relationships. Learning to work with it is how you become a safer, stronger, more grounded partner and father.

FORGIVENESS PROCESS

Forgiveness isn’t about letting others off the hook, it’s about setting yourself free. In this task, confront what you’ve been holding onto, both towards others and yourself. Because carrying old pain doesn’t just weigh you down it shows up in how you father, how you love, and how present you can really be.

 9D BREATHWORK
Â
This is where it all lands and where your new life begins. Through a 90-minute guided 9D Breathwork journey, you’ll access the deeper layers of your subconscious to release what’s been buried, pain, emotion, stories you’ve outgrown. Letting go isn’t just for you it’s for the man your partner and kids need you to become: present, open, and fully alive.
