we are on a mission
Connecting the world through the power of experience
Amend is a self-development movement...
Connecting the world through the power of experience.
We believe life should be lived to the fullest, and that everyone has the right to experience life without limitations. We believe that everyone has the potential for greatness. Our aim is to empower as many people as possible unlock their potential and live their best lives.
Amend was founded in 2019 with the objective to improve as many lives as possible by overcoming generational trauma, releasing limiting beliefs, and rewriting the narrative of what it means to be strong in today's society. Having lived through our own trauma we used our life experiences and professional knowledge to create programs to help guide, support, and demonstrate change.
We knew that in order to create the life of our choosing, a life we designed, we needed a better understanding of ourselves. We knew that healing was our responsibility because if we wanted our lives to be different, sitting and waiting for someone else to make them so, wasn't going to change it.
This involved analysing behaviours, tracking their root causes, and bringing healing to the past. We believe in a life without limits and we want you to, too. That's why we created a movement, connecting people through powerful experiences around the world.

At Amend we envision a future in which our work has a beneficial impact on the entire community, resulting in the creation of a community-wide attitude of acceptance and support for all, promoting individual and community well-being. The impact of our work will provide opportunities for individuals from outside our community to learn our approach and share the positive outcomes in their own communities, with Australia-wide and worldwide implications for wellbeing, connection, and the removal of mental health stigma.

To foster generations of connected individuals, families, and communities

To create happy, healthy, and hungry humans

To inspire, motivate and encourage and educate

About Brielle
I was born and raised on Wiradjuri land, a small town in central NSW, Dubbo. I grew up quicker than your average, brought up in a home and family environment that would be socially described as chaotic and dysfunctional. Although love from my parents was always very present, the home environment was predominantly domestic violence, drug abuse, alcohol, and instability from the start of life.
Growing up, I had lived in 11 different homes by the time I was 8 years old. Change, growth and detachment was embodied from a young age for me and was something I got very used to. I was an introverted kid. I remember always talking to my “angels” (or now better known as my spiritual guides) my entire life, receiving messages and downloads that made me feel comforted, loved and as if I wasn’t alone. When I was 14, I left school and moved from my hometown to venture off to the big smoke - Sydney. This is where my self-proclaimed independence really started to kick in. I lived alone, I worked as a hairdressing apprentice at $8 an hour, 12 hour days, 6 days a week.
I loved Sydney. I felt a sense of freedom and like everyone I met had a unique style and was on a journey of uncovering their true self.
