Retreats are intermit and capped at 16. Three days with like minded people who have the same ambition as you, To be GREAT in all areas of their lives.

You will be lead by highly trained and qualified staff such as counsellors, sharmans, Sargents from both the army and navy with over 40 years of experience.

Our three day retreat is not for everyone and is definitely not for the feint hearted. Many men are lost in a world where we are being told we can no longer be a strong man and labelled toxic. This three day retreat has been created to not only challenge this societal view but to destroy this non-truth along with destroying your own limiting beliefs too. So that the men who attend can take back full control of their life and lead their families both powerfully and peacefully.

What you can expect

Day 1- Expect to be absolutely pushed to your physical and mental limits on day one. It is in this time where you will connect your physical body to your limiting beliefs and also where we will destroy these beliefs. Also expect to process emotions you are holding onto from past experiences.
Day 2- Expect to clear out the last parts of old emotions and energy to clear space for the life that you desire. Also expect to be shown and taught processes on how you create the life you WANT.
Day 3- Expect to solidify and practice processes and modalities to create the life you want and to integrate what you have learnt on day 1 & 2 into your every day life.
Expect to be deeply supported by the community post workshop.
Expect to address - Self love, self worth, your relationships, your time, your physical, your spirit, your mental, your money story and your purpose.
Expect to become very aware of what is holding you back in your life and have these limiting beliefs destroyed in days.
Expect to leave the retreat a very focused, strong and empowered man.
